Quill, 2 bedrooms and 2 reception is situated in a single storey wing of the Steadings and was once upon a time the old dairy. If you can imagine a stone building with two wings, Quill is the middle cottage of the west wing.

A lade (race) previously used to power the estate saw mill, runs behind the cottage - there is therefore a constant sound of water which can be heard from all Quill's rooms.

An interesting medium sized two bedroom cottage.

In more recent times, the cottage has been occupied by the Shepherd at Quinish, so is comfortable but basic and ideal for dogs. Ample parking and logs for stove.

Entrance - glazed door to large enclosed porch, which opens into a fitted kitchen/sitting room with wood burning stove. To the left a small hall leads to the bathroom and a separate dining room. On the right hand side of the sitting room there are a few steps up to 2 double bedrooms.

The end bedroom has access to a warm, enclosed, sheltered back garden and the sound of water.
