Accommodation - small entrance hall for coats and boots leading to good sized bathroom. Sitting room with open fireplace (well lit by velux window) with sofas, old oak display cabinet and carved drinks cupboard with bookcase. Windows to front and rear of the cottage.

Large kitchen with further ceiling velux window and wood burning stove. Well equipped with cupboard, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, a central island wall with bar stools. Views from the kitchen window over Farm Square.

Large bedroom with high apex ceiling. Windows overlooking rear and side garden. Large pine wardrobe. Double bed.

Plain walls, down lights, paintings, ceiling velux windows and polished wooden floors.

Large rear and side garden. Views of trees, lade to the rear, visiting deer, pheasants and starry nights.
